DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY

1. Delivery Area: We offer free delivery around Johor Bahru. If you are from Singapore or other areas of Semenanjung Malaysia, please contact us to see if delivery is possible. Extra charges will be applied according to your area.

 

2. Delivery Schedule: Our delivery schedule varies depending on location and availability. We will contact you to schedule a delivery time once your order is ready.

 

3. Delivery Timeframe: Our delivery timeframe is typically within 1-3 business days of your purchase, depending on the availability of the item and delivery schedule. For pre order items, it will take 1-3 weeks depending on your item. Orders outside Johor Bahru will be delivered within 7-14 working days.

 

4. Delivery Confirmation: We will contact you by phone or email to confirm your delivery date and time, as well as provide any necessary instructions for preparing your home for the delivery.

 

5. Delivery Process: Our delivery team will bring your furniture into your home and place it in the room of your choice. They will also assemble any pieces that require assembly, and remove any packaging materials.

 

6. Inspection and Acceptance: It is your responsibility to inspect the furniture upon delivery to ensure it is in good condition. If there are any damages or defects, please contact us immediately.

 

7. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid last minute arrangement.

 

8. Returns: If you wish to return your furniture, please contact us for further details/enquiry. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
